Gambia Joy - Give A Hand Charitable Organisation - The Gambia (GAHCO), intends to improve the living standards of the target groups through sustainable and socioeconomic interventions.

Objectives

1. Access to basic education and retention of the vulnerable groups.

2. Expansion and improvement of the educational facilities

3. Improve disaster management and prevention

4. Participate in the advocacy of urgent issues affecting youth

5. Give support to the health facilities for effective service delivery

6. Give support to communities that are in dire need of portable drinking water.

Functions and Activities

Gambia Joy - Give A Hand Charitable Organisation - The Gambia (GAHCO) will strive and ensure the implementation and realisation of the goals and objectives as stipulated in the constitution.

The organisation shall embark on the implementation and organisation of programmes in the under mentioned thematic areas:

1. Basic education support

2. Primary health care support

3. Disaster mitigation and logistic support

4. Provision of potable water

5. Support in religious and social projects

6. Support in youth development initiatives
